7 Days to Finding Joy

7 DAYS TO FINDING JOY THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHING YOUR KIDS

even if you're having the worst day

You love being a mom and you love your kids more than anything in the world, but the truth is that modern day parenting is hard. We could all use a little help finding more joy.

Join this free online 7 day challenge with women's leadership and photography coach Alethea Cheng Fitzpatrick of Photosanity. You will discover new ways to enjoy your kids AND take better photos, even if only on your smartphone.

When you sign up, you’ll get a short guide on how to find joy right away without changing anything about how you spend your time, AND you’ll be registered for the next 7 day challenge which runs from October 16th-23rd, 2017.

Here's how the challenge works:

  • Sign up and between now and when the challenge begins, you'll receive an intake survey and a WEEKLY EMAIL to help you get started.
  • When the challenge begins on Monday October 16th, you'll receive a DAILY PROMPT via email that will take you step-by-step through a proven process of tapping into the joy that is already in your life, no matter what is going on in the world or in your life.
  • You'll be invited to join an optional PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP where you can respond to the daily prompts and get feedback and support from Alethea as well as your fellow participants.
  • Prompts during the week are written, and over the weekend you'll get the chance to TAKE AND SUBMIT PHOTOS for feedback.
  • The challenge can be completed in ten minutes a day or less, and can be done entirely on your SMARTPHONE if you would like.

What people are saying abut the challenge

I loved the interactions in the group and seeing others type what I was thinking! I came away with a real sense for how much we all have in common, and how beneficial sharing our experiences is. - Karyn Kelbaugh

I felt I was already pretty good about not trying to get my kids to pose, but my perspective changed on how I can be fully engaged with them and still be behind the camera - and photo editing was a HUGE eye-opener for me! Quick daily prompts were completely doable, and Alethea's personal responses via Facebook were helpful. - Rebecca Augur

I learned that I don’t need to put pressure on myself to create a good picture. The best pictures are just moments that you happen to capture… not create. - Lori Bryant
